When a gift card holder wants to use their gift card to make a purchase at POS they may present either:
a. Their physical gift card (purchased in-store)
b. A digital gift card in an email (or printed version)
c. A digital gift card in Apple or Google Wallet
To redeem the gift card as a payment type, add the items to the sale as normal and then select Pay.
2. Select the loyalty payment option.
3. You will be prompted to add a customer to the sale. A customer must be added in order to redeem a Wrapped gift card.
4. Select find or activate gift card.
5. Scan or enter the gift card code manually and then click find or activate gift card.
6. This will bring up an existing gift card with available balance. Select Pay with gift card.
7. You will see that the order has been paid. Select Finalize to sync the redemption to Wrapped.
Note: You must finalize the sale in order for the redemption to be completed and synced to your Wrapped account.
