How to adjust the balance of a gift card in the Wrapped dashboard

If you need to adjust the balance of a gift card manually or wish to top-up a customers gift card balance, you can do so in the Wrapped dashboard.

1. Log in to your Wrapped account and navigate to the Gift cards menu.

2. Search for the desired gift card by entering the code or order number.

Note - selecting "More filters" gives further search options, as shown below.

3. Once you have located the required gift card, click on the code to be taken to the gift card timeline.

4. Here you will see the option to adjust balance.

5. You will be given options to change the balance, provide a reason for the adjustment and send an email to notify to customer attached to the sale. The email notification sent to the customer will be the "Gift card updated" notification.
