Wrapped's store credit feature allows you to keep more money in your business by processing returns to omnichannel store credit.
๐The Wrapped store credit feature must be enabled on your account before completing a return in this way. Contact our team if you would like to have store credit enable.
To complete a return to store credit in Lightspeed Retail X-Series, follow the steps outlined below.
Locate the order in Lightspeed Retail POS, by navigating to sales history > process return and searching for the order using the filters provided.
2. Click the return arrow on the right hand side, as shown.
3. Select Refund.
4. Select the Wrapped Store Credit option.
5. Select to Refund 40.00 in store credit.
6. Complete the sale.
The customer will receive an email with their updated store credit balance, which they can use in-store or online.
