With Wrapped, you can issue gift cards instantly from your dashboard without processing a sale through your POS or online store. Wrapped handles all liability tracking and reporting automatically.
Follow the steps below to issue a gift card from the Wrapped dashboard.
Navigate to Gift cards > all gift cards and select issue gift card in the top right corner.
Complete the gift card form, as shown below.
Note: When pre-loading physical gift cards, confirm that the gift card code aligns with the code printed on the back of the card to ensure accurate tracking and redemption.
3. Once the details have been added to the form, click issue and activate in the top right corner.
Wrapped automatically records and manages gift card liabilities within its reporting database, ensuring all notes are captured and available for transparent tracking and reconciliation.
