Discount coupons are a great way to reward loyal customers, attract new shoppers, and encourage repeat purchases through your Wrapped Webstore. With Wrapped, you can easily create and manage coupon codes that customers can apply at checkout for a seamless shopping experience.
Follow these steps to set up your first discount coupon quickly and easily:
From the Wrapped dashboard, navigate to Webstore > settings.
Note: If you have not completed Step 1 - Connect a new Stripe account, you will need to do this before customizing the design of your Webstore.
2. From Webstore settings, scroll down to Step 3: Design your storefront. You will see an option to "Allow coupon codes" - check the box as shown below and then click "Add coupon".
3. Complete the form with the details of your promotion as shown below. When you're ready ensure the coupon is set to "Active" and save changes.
4. To set additional restrictions - such as a minimum quantity or order value required to use the coupon - drop down the "Advanced Options" menu, where you’ll find the fields shown below.
5. Once created, your coupon is ready to be distributed to your customers via your preferred channels.
6. To use the coupon towards a purchase, the customer simply pastes the code at checkout by selecting the "Add" option and entering their code.
