To check the delivery status of a gift card email, log into your Wrapped account and navigating to gift cards > all gift cards.
Use any of the search filters to locate the gift card. Click more filters if you need to search by customer name, email address etc.
Once you’ve located the gift card, click on the timeline to view its activity. There should be a record showing that the gift card email was sent, as illustrated below. If you’re still unsure, click the Actions menu in the top-right corner.
From the actions menu, select show email events timeline.
This will indicate whether the gift card was delivered. If there was a processing issue, an error message will explain why the gift card wasn’t sent. If it was delivered, it may have ended up in the customer’s spam folder.
You can resend the gift card by closing the screen and clicking Send Email.
