In some cases, you may wish to issue a complimentary voucher - whether for guest compensation, a goodwill gesture, or a donation. This can be managed quickly and easily directly from the Wrapped dashboard.
Note: This feature is available exclusively for accounts using the Wrapped Webstore. If you’re using one of our other eCommerce integrations, you’ll need to issue a test gift card for the required dollar value instead.
Follow the steps below to issue a complimentary experience voucher.
Login to your Wrapped account and navigate to Gift cards > All gift cards.
In the top right hand corner click "Issue gift card".
Update the gift card details.
If you are issuing a physical voucher, ensure the generated gift card code matches the code on your physical card.
Select the voucher product from the drop down menu. The voucher products available come directly from your active Webstore voucher products. You can edit the product list by navigating to Webstore > Products.
Add the denomination and a reason for the gift voucher issuance.
4. Set the expiration date, if required and enter the recipients email address if you wish to share the voucher digitally.
5. Add any relevant notes related to the voucher issuance. These notes will appear in reporting, making it easy to track and reconcile complimentary vouchers.
6. Review the gift voucher details and click "issue and activate".
