Create fully branded landing pages that invite customers to enter their name and email in exchange for a free digital gift card. These pages can be customized with your logo, brand colors, imagery and messaging to ensure a seamless experience that feels like an extension of your website or in-store marketing.
Once created, you can share the unique link or generate a QR code to promote the giveaway wherever your customers are - at events, on social media, via email campaigns, or displayed in-store at the counter. This makes it easy to capture engaged customers while offering something of real value in return.
Note: The Marketing Giveaways feature is available on our Pro and Plus billing plans. To access this feature, upgrade your account via Settings > Billing, or contact our support team for assistance.
How to create a gift card giveaway
From the Wrapped dashboard, navigate to Marketing > Giveaways.
In the top right hand corner, click "Create giveaway".
Complete the required fields and customize your landing page to capture customer details. You can preview the design in real time within the app as you make edits.
Set the desired quantity limits and scheduling.
Customize the Marketing Opt-in and Terms and Conditions. These edits will be displayed on the landing page.
Customize the expiration settings.
Edit the giveaway email to included the desired giveaway details.
Create a product giveaway (not a gift card)
In some cases, you may prefer to offer a redeemable item - such as a free small coffee - rather than a dollar-value gift card.
As Wrapped requires a monetary value to be assigned to all giveaways, enter the retail value of the product in the Gift Card Amount field.
When customizing the email template, remove any reference to the dollar value and instead include clear terms and conditions - for example, “This voucher is redeemable for one small coffee only.”
Note: Any gift card claimed through your Marketing Giveaway will count toward your standard gift card allowance.
