Selling physical gift cards in your POS is easy and mirrors the usual Lightspeed gift card purchase process.
In your sell screen, use the Search for product bar and type gift card, then select
2. Scan in or enter the gift card number that is on your physical gift cards
3. Enter the gift card value to activate the card and load the purchased balance. Click Add to sale
Optional step: If you want to email the customer a digital copy of their gift card as well, you can add them to the sale with a valid email address. From this email they can send it to a friend if they wish.
4. Complete the sale as normal for the gift card to be issued
The gift card will automatically sync into Wrapped and your connected sales channels
