Adding BigCommerce to an existing Wrapped account
To connect BigCommerce to Wrapped, go to Settings > Sales channels and click Add more sales channels button. Then click Connect on BigCommerce option:
Log in to your existing BigCommerce store:
Install Wrapped app:
Accept permissions:
Wrapped app will load within BigCommerce and the sales channel will be installed. If it is not already enabled, toggle the switch on:
Note: Wrapped gift cards will be synced as BigCommerce gift certificates
Creating a gift card product
If you'd like gift cards to be purchased online and to a cart, create a BigCommerce product with the SKU = wrapped_giftcard and product type = Physical
Set Tax class to Non-Taxable Products:
Add a product variant for each gift card value denomination:
Complete other product details (like imagery) and publish to your storefront. Once published, it should look similar to this:
Testing the Wrapped - BigCommerce integration
To quickly check your Wrapped - BigCommerce connection, you can:
Create a test gift card in Wrapped under Gift cards > Issue gift card
2. Click Issue and activate. Navigate to your gift card and copy the code
3. In BigCommerce admin, navigate to Orders > Gift Certificates and search for gift card using the copied code
You should see the gift card has been created and synced to Lightspeed successfully.
4. Remember to Void the test gift card in Wrapped after testing
