When a gift card holder wants to use it to make a purchase in-store they may present either:
a. Their physical gift card (purchased in-store)
b. A digital gift card in an email (or printed version)
c. A digital gift card in Apple or Google Wallet
Process the sale as normal, adding the items and click Check Out
Use the Wrapped Gift Cards payment type
3. Scan a the gift card or enter a the gift card code then click Confirm.
You will see that the sale has been paid for using the gift card.
The gift card balance will then update in Wrapped and all connected sales channels.
If they have an email address connected to the gift card, they will receive their updated gift card balance.
If they have the gift card stored on Apple or Google Wallet, this balance will update too.
