Selling physical gift cards in your POS is easy and mirrors the usual Lightspeed gift card purchase process.
In your sell screen, choose the Wrapped Gift Card button
2. Scan in or enter the gift card number that is on your physical gift cards and click Find gift card
3. Enter the gift card value to activate the card and load the purchased balance. Click Add to sale
Continue with the sale. You'll notice that the gift card has been added to the order
Optional step: If you want to email the customer a digital copy of their gift card as well, you can add them to the sale with a valid email address. From this email they can send it to a friend if they wish.
4. Finish the sale as normal for the gift card to be issued
The gift card will automatically sync into Wrapped and your connected sales channels.
Note, it may take a few minutes for the order to processed for the gift card to appear in the dashboard.
