When a gift card holder wants to use it to make a purchase in-store they may present either:
a. Their physical gift card (purchased in-store)
b. A digital gift card in an email (or printed version)
c. A digital gift card in Apple or Google Wallet
1. Process the sale as normal, choosing the payment method Gift card
2. Scan or enter in the gift card code and click Lookup
3. The gift card balance and details will show and you can Add Payment
If there is insufficient funds for a full payment, you can make partial payment and then select another payment method to complete the sale.
4. Complete the sale as normal
The gift card balance will then update in Wrapped and all connected sales channels.
If they have an email address connected to the gift card, they will receive their updated gift card balance.
If they have the gift card stored on Apple or Google Wallet, this balance will update too.
