Wrapped works to sync gift cards across Heartland Retail and online. Watch here to see how Wrapped works with Heartland Retail or read on to see integration steps.

Connect Heartland Retail to create so that gift cards can be issued through your POS and used both online and in-store.

If you do not have a Heartland Retail account, you can sign up here.

First, please make sure gift cards are enabled in Heartland Retail. Wrapped uses the in-built gift card system in Heartland Retail.

To connect Wrapped and Heartland Retail

  1. In Wrapped go to Gift card > Settings

  2. Under Sales channels, click Add more sales channels

  3. Next to Heartland Retail, click Connect

4. You'll be taken to sign in to Heartland Retail to allow permissions. Click Allow

You'll now see in Wrapped, you have Heartland connected. Toggle the switch to enable the channel if it isn't already turned on.

5. Next, within Heartland you need to ensure you have the following Gift Card Adjustment Reasons: Correction, Gift, Promotional for Wrapped to function correctly.
