If you'd like to support another gift card program, we recommend you create a new Wrapped account. This will give you the freedom to choose which sales platforms will sync to each program, as well as customize the branding of each gift card program independently.

Considerations when connecting the same POS sales channel to multiple Wrapped accounts
To run your gift card programs independently at POS, we recommend generating a batch of physical gift cards in each Wrapped account first. This ensures our system knows which Wrapped account / gift card program a gift card belongs to. Any gift card sold at POS that hasn't been loaded into a Wrapped account in advance of purchase may result in that gift card being created in each Wrapped account.
Considerations when connecting the same eCommerce sales channel to multiple Wrapped accounts
When selling online, we recommend creating a new "gift card" product for each Wrapped account / gift card program. If you are using our online storefront, then a storefront should be created for each Wrapped account. This will ensure that any gift card purchase will be created under the correct Wrapped account / gift card program.
