How the integration benefits your business

The Wrapped and Loop integration enables your customers to receive store credit upon returning items to your store. This store credit is held as an omnichannel gift card.

Other benefits:

Enhanced Customer Experience: By offering a seamless return process that immediately grants store credit, you improve the customer experience. Shoppers are more likely to return to your store if they can effortlessly exchange items they're unsatisfied with for something else they might like. This flexibility helps build trust and loyalty.

Increased Retention and Repeat Purchases: When customers receive store credit instead of a refund, they're more likely to use that credit to make another purchase at your store rather than taking their money elsewhere. This can help increase customer retention and encourage repeat purchases.

Reduced Refunds: Offering store credit can decrease the number of cash refunds you need to process. This keeps more capital within the business and can help improve your financial metrics like cash flow and profitability.

Omnichannel Engagement: Since the store credit can be used as an omnichannel gift card, it encourages customers to engage with your brand across different shopping channels, whether in-store, online, or through mobile apps. This can increase overall sales and customer engagement across platforms.

How customers submit their refunds

  1. Customers use the Loop self-serve portal. They insert their order number and zip code (this information can be found in the Shopify order email confirmation)

2. Customer selects which items to return

3. They then complete the questions presented

4. Finally, the customer can selects to be refunded with store credit and presses Submit return.

5. Process the return in the Loop admin. After a return has been processed, you can see at the bottom of the page that the return closed webhook has been sent to Wrapped.
