To create a gift card product, login to your Wrapped account and navigate to Webstore > products.
In the top right hand corner, click Create Product.
Select Gift Card from the options below:
Enter a title and short description for your product.
Set your gift card denominations by adding as many values as you like. By default, customers can also purchase a custom amount. You can define minimum and maximum values, or choose to hide custom amounts if you want to offer only fixed-value gift cards.
Enter your product details, including where the gift card can be redeemed and how it will be delivered- for example, digital gift cards are delivered instantly, or can be scheduled and sent at a later stage.
Enter your gift card terms and conditions. Gift card expiry details should be clearly stated.
Add your product media (recommended size: 848 × 565 px). If you upload multiple images, customers will be able to choose which image appears on their e-gift card.
Assign your restrictions and shipping rules. To offer physical gift cards, make sure the Allow physical shipping option is enabled. Learn more about fulfilling physical gift card orders in our help article.
If you’re selling a limited quantity, you can also set the available stock here.
Set your product status to Active to publish it to your Webstore.
Note: All fields in the form must be completed for your gift card product to save correctly.
