Discount coupons are a great way to reward loyal members, attract new customers, and encourage repeat purchases through your Wrapped Webstore. With Wrapped, you can easily create and manage coupon codes that customers can apply at checkout for a seamless shopping experience.
How to configure a discount coupon
From the Wrapped dashboard, navigate to Webstore > Settings.
Note: If you have not connected a Stripe account, you will need to do this before you have access to create discount coupons.
From Webstore settings, scroll down to Step 3: Design your storefront. You will see an option to "Allow coupon codes" - check the box as shown below and then click "Add coupon".
Complete the form with the details of your promotion as shown below. When you're ready ensure the coupon is set to "Active" and save changes.
To set additional restrictions - such as a minimum quantity or order value required to use the coupon - drop down the "Advanced Options" menu, where you’ll find the fields shown below.
Once created, your coupon is ready to be distributed to your customers via your preferred channels.
To use the coupon towards a purchase, the customer simply pastes the code at checkout by selecting the "Add" option and entering their code.
