Typically, gift cards aren't refundable, but depending on your business terms or for specific cases, you may want to refund and cancel a gift card that's purchased.
To do this, you will need to:
Locate the original order in your POS and refund it via your normal refund procedures.
If the gift card was purchased via your Wrapped Webstore, you will need to locate the original order in your Stripe account and process the refund directly from the Stripe dashboard.
Then find the corresponding gift card in Wrapped by navigating to Gift Cards > All Gift Cards, add a note at the bottom of the page to say it's been refunded and then click Actions at the top right and Void the gift card.
