You can sell gift cards in Lightspeed Restaurant (L-Series) using the loyalty payment option.
From the home screen, navigate to Pay in the top right corner.
Select the Loyalty payment option.
This will bring up the option to add a customer to the sale. A customer must be added to the sale for the Wrapped integration to work.
Note: To speed up gift card sales at the POS, we recommend creating a placeholder customer (e.g. "Gift Card") that staff can quickly select.
Once a customer has been added to the sale, you can select find or activate gift card to sell a physical card, or generate digital gift card.
Scan or enter the gift card code manually.
Wrapped will recognize that this is a new gift card. Enter the gift card value to activate the card and load the purchased balance. Click Add to sale.
You will be redirected to the payment screen to select a payment method and process the sale. Once payment is processed, click Finalize.
Note: Gift cards will not be created and synced to Wrapped until the order is paid and finalized.
