Before launching your program, it’s important to configure your Wrapped account correctly and run a test gift card. Following our setup guides as listed below will ensure your gift cards sync seamlessly across all channels.
Step 1: Connect your sales channels
Select your sales channels from the list below and click the corresponding help guide for step-by-step instructions on connecting them.
Be sure to follow each step carefully, as skipping any part of the process may prevent your gift cards from syncing with Wrapped.
Create a test gift card after connecting each sales channel to confirm it has been connected correctly.

If you don't see your eCommerce integration listed, you can sell gift cards online by using the Wrapped online store.
If you don't use one of our POS integrations but still want to redeem gift cards in-store, you can use the Wrapped redemption app.
Step 2: Customize your gift card program
Create beautifully branded gift cards that your customers will love.
Navigate to Branding > emails to design your digital gift card emails.
Navigate to Branding > assets to customize your Apple and Google Wallet passes and gift to a friend designs.

Step 3: Review your gift card settings
In Wrapped, you can customize both the expiry details and the length of your gift card codes. Wrapped recommends a minimum code length of 8 digits for security reasons.
Navigate to Settings > gift cards to manage your gift card settings.
Note: Countries have different laws for gift card expiry dates. Check the laws for your country before setting this date.
Step 4: Add your sender domain
It's important to update your sender domain to ensure your gift card emails actually reach your customers' inboxes instead of being marked as spam.
Navigate to Settings > sender domains in the Wrapped Dashboard.
Follow the Wrapped verification wizard, which will provide instructions for adding the necessary CNAME DNS records to your domain.
Add the DNS records to your domain provider's control panel.
Check to ensure your domain is fully verified in the Wrapped dashboard (it can take up to 24 hours for any DNS updates to take effect).
Note: Always double-check your DNS settings if you experience deliverability issues.
Other things to consider

Using physical gift cards - if you already sell physical gift cards, you may be able to continue using these with Wrapped, provided they meet the code requirements of your specific integrations.
